We are a tour and travel company that was incorporated in 2008 as a private limited liability company to offer vehicle hire, tourism and taxi services.

Over the years, we have built a business that serves a cross section of clients, among which include corporate organisations, government and associated agencies, non-governmental organisations and individuals.

Dolphin Tours and Travel Ltd has grown from providing car hire services as its sole service to incorporate Air ticketing, African Safari and Holiday Departments dedicated to meet its growing clientale needs and demands.

Our Professional Team of over 25 staff are Dedicated and experienced Tour Consultants, Travel Agents, Accountants, Fleet managers, Drivers, Mechanics and Administrators to ensure delivery of high quality, efficient and Niche services.

Regulatory Compliance & Member Associations

We are a fully registered company, with a high degree of compliance with statutory obligations and member associations.
We are highly compliant with statutory requirements under the Uganda Revenue Authority, National Social Security Fund, Kampala Capital City Authority, Uganda Tourism Board, and Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority.
Our services are also qualified by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda on the National Supplier Database, and we are a member of the Association of Tour Operators of Uganda, Uganda Tourism Board, and the Uganda Association of Travel Agents.
Our staff are insured for workmen’s compensation under Alliance Africa General Insurance Limited to ensure their safety.
